sacred sorrow

i'm wrapped
folded
maybe tangled--
inside this warmth,
the quiet of a sacred brown sorrow;
dark like a dirty teardrop,
deeper than the dreaming.

Teri -- It sounds like you are not entirely sure about the path you've chosen. Are you OK? Do you need to get back on the bike and consider the other path? Ginny

Teri, dear cousin! I have missed you and our chats. What do we wait so long to talk to one another??!? WHAT is going on with you. I love you, sweet one!! And I am praying for you right now.

I'm okay, thanks for asking...just needed to be able to get out the frustration of so much life change, the yellow brick road that doesn't magically appear when you make a big decision, and the grief that sometimes lingers in the heart after saying goodbye (or at least see-ya-later) to a fantastic idea.
